I was working on a core curriculum, during which I captured all my movements in front of my computer and turned it into an animated routine performed by my avatar. I was both physical and digital at the same time, which made it doubly clear how my life sitting and typing away in front of a monitor was depressing. To make up for this, I start to stand, stretch, and exercise in front of my desk to work on my core.
